DSA comes to Santa Barbara in 2018. Join us for our inaugural general meeting, Wednesday January 24 from 6:30pm-8pm at Unity of Santa Barbara. Guest speaker and SB local Dick Flacks will give an introduction on the political moment we find ourselves in, and why socialist organizing is crucial to addressing the pressing, systemic crises of our day. Learn what DSA is and what DSA chapters have been doing around the country. We’ll also have a discussion of how DSA will fit into the political terrain of Santa Barbara, and the progressive work already happening on the ground. All are welcome!
